Chantal Mills: Head Trainer

Thanks to her nearly 17 years of experience in the world of Education, first as an elementary, intermediate and high school teacher, then as Guidance Counsellor and later a Vice-Principal, Chantal is at ease working with the most important end of the leash. She has a passion for teaching!

Chantal is a certified pet dog trainer, a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Pet Dog Trainers (CAPPDT) and a member of the American Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APTD). She regularly attends workshops, seminars and webinars. She has a passion for learning !

Chantal's family includes Hemingway (or Hemi), a Great Dane who went from Puppy Mill inmate to being the face behind the Ottawa Canine school logo. He is not to be outdone by Everest, a Canine Good Citizen, who has retired from being the Ottawa Canine School's Demo Dog and is enjoying other pursuits.
